Weekly 3hr Nervous System Reset: 3hr Sauna, Cold Plunge, Meditation & Connection Experience in Langley, BC

Booked in at the Wellness Den as a surprise Christmas gift for my Sister -- and what an amazing experience. The property is beautiful, Tyrell was amazing at welcoming us and checking in throughout our experience. It was a fantastic time to unplug, relax and connect. Very grounding. We both left feeling relaxed yet energized and already looking forward to booking in again. Kombucha and Tea were a very nice touch. Thank you!

A friend had invited me along to try the sauna/cold plunge here and I'm so happy I joined! It was a wonderful way to carry momentum into the new year, while calming and resetting the body and mind. We came for an evening sauna so got to enjoy cozy hanging lights brightening the calm darkness. We had an introduction, orientation and did some brief intention setting. Delicious homemade rhubarb kombucha was provded, tea, and essential oils for the sauna if you chose to use them (we definitely did!). The cold tubs are outdoors, and while chilling under the clear night skies I watched shooting stars ignite overhead. How could this be more blissful!? The night was wrapped up with a sound bath, and we left ready to light our dreams.

I had the most incredible experience at this beautiful place! My friend gifted me this for my birthday, and it was by far the best one we've been to. We've visited similar places before, but this one truly stood out.

Both saunas and cold plunges were fantastic, leaving us feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. The guided meditation was the perfect finishing touch—it brought such a deep sense of peace and grounding.

We also loved the little shop with homemade natural products! The rhubarb kombucha on tap was delicious, i purchased some of this it was so good. I also couldn't resist picking up some of their handmade natural soaps, bath salts, and soy candles with essential oils. As someone who loves natural ingredients, this was such a treat!

The setting on the farm made it even more special—so peaceful and serene. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and reset. Can't wait to come back!

Sometimes, living in the city makes it difficult for me to slow down. However, a short drive out to the valley allowed my nervous system to settle almost immediately.
The space was curated beautifully; everything fit so nicely into the landscape.
To start we were instructed to set our intention, then we were able to explore the saunas and cold plunges at our own pace which I found to be a major benefit to the experience. Our group was also lucky enough to have a guided meditation at the end of our session led by Tyrell that helped integrate everything.
I will be back!

The outdoor space is so serene and peaceful and the cozy touches around the property just added to the bliss. We were guided through a meditation at the end of our drop in session and I didn’t want to leave.
